Paws Peradise is a small, owner-run dog day care, boarding and walking service based in Pêra, Algarve, Portugal, operated by Michael Ferreira. This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics scripts, and it has no contact forms. It does not collect personal information automatically as you browse. The only way personal data reaches me through this site is when you choose to contact me directly.
When you message me by WhatsApp or email to ask about or book a service, I receive the information you choose to share. Typically this includes your name, your contact details, your dog's name and needs, and the dates you are interested in. I use this information only to respond to you, to arrange and provide the service, and to keep in touch about your dog's care.
I process your information on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a service, performing that service, and my legitimate interest in running and communicating about the business. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Messages you send travel through the platform you choose to use — for example WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider. Those services handle your message under their own privacy policies. This website is hosted on infrastructure that may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.
I keep your contact and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards, so I know your dog if you return. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to correct it, to ask me to delete it, and to object to or restrict how I use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact me by email or WhatsApp and I will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
